今回は、4/2-4/3に行った東京での出来事を綴ろうと思います。
東京に行く時、いつも早朝のフライトを選びます。
いつもはまだ日が昇らない時間に北九州空港に向かうことが多かったのですが、
今回は丁度朝日が昇ったぐらいに空港へ。
でも向かった時間がフライト時間ギリギリすぎて
この写真では全く伝わらないと思いますがかなり焦ってました。
空港に着いてからは猛ダッシュ&ジャストイン。
北九州空港がコンパクトサイズで本当に良かった。。

Today, I'd like to show you about trip to Tokyo for 2days.
When I headed to the Kitakyushu Airport in the early morning, I saw Sunrise
however I couldn't have time to be relaxed with fresh air and sky.
Because I really rushed and nearly missed the flight....
So let's get to the main point!
とういうバタバタな感じでスタートしました。
代官山蔦屋書店のすぐそばで行われた、
ambiance plus+さん主催の展示会を訪れ、
PAPIER TIGRE Paris Tokyoの商品を見させて頂きました。
It was first time to visit an exhibition of Ambiance plus+ for checking products by PAPIER TIGRE Paris Tokyo.
I stock PAPIER TIGRE's stationaries at my shop. And this time, I had an opportunity to have look their apparel brand as PAPIER TIGRE Paris Tokyo.
It was surprise for me because design and pattern of notebooks and message cards became knit wear, socks, bags,,,etc.
ノートのデザインがニットに！
そんな遊び心たっぷり、
でもニットの作りや素材にこだわりを尽くした商品の数々を見せて頂いて、
私の夢は膨らむばかり。
今後、C & MILLSでもお見せできれば、と思います。
I'm really into their design and their selected materials.
Hopefully, I'd love to show you these design.
展示会に赴いた後は、ランチを食べにHOTEL EMANONへ。
After exhibition, I had a lunch at Hotel Emanon.
結婚式などもできるそう。
素敵な内装で惚れ惚れしました。
ここではマッシュルームと生ハムのカルボナーラを。
でも、一人で食べるのは寂しいもんでした（笑）
ひたすらご飯と向き合う時間も大事だよね、と思いながらもりもり食べました。
They're willing to take place your wedding at this building.
As you can see a picture of restaurant, I love this sort of interior and exterior.
I had carbonara and it was very good however it was quite shame to have a lunch alone and not to share feelings.
I need someone to have a chat about food, but it's ok. Sometime I need time to be faced with food silently, I think...
そして東京１日目の最後のイベント（←間を結構ハショりましたが）、
PAPIER TIGREを取り扱う際に大変お世話になった伊藤心さんが手掛ける
南青山にあるスタジオ、Ito Design Studio 505にお邪魔しました。
In the evening, I went to Minami Aoyama to visit "Ito Design Studio 505" which was launched by Mr. Shin Ito.
When I wanted to contact with Papier Tigre, he did support me.
I'm really grateful for his kindness. So it was very nice to see him and visit his studio.
窓から差し込む明るい光のなか、紅茶を頂きながら
PAPIER TIGREのストーリーをお聞きしたり、
デザインのお話などなど、勉強になることばかり。
これからC & MILLSを一ブランドとして立たせていくために、
もっともっと頑張ろうと強く思いました。
I had a whale of time at his studio.
Time flies...
玄関ドアの上に置かれている電光掲示板が可愛すぎました。
自分がいつも惹きつけられる人たちは、いつも遊び心を持っていて、
楽しいと思えることをしているなあ、と改めて感じました。
また遊びに行きたいな〜。
I was really impressed this electric bulletin board on the door.
I think people who I'm attracted are always enjoy playing anything and know how to output their mind and idea.
そして東京滞在２日目。
この日は朝から、COBI COFFEEでコーヒーを。
Day2 in Tokyo.
That day, I had a cup of coffee at COBI Coffee in Aoyama.
オリジナルブレンドのコーヒーの味もさることながら、
店内の雰囲気、内装がドストライク。
私、真鍮が大好きなのですが、ここは棚からカウンター、ケトルなどなど
真鍮が溢れておりました。かっこいい。
Actually, I like brass things. and this cafe has lots of brass materials.
Counter, shelf, kettle and so on.
Needless to say, coffee is also very good!
コーヒーを飲んで一休みしてから（←朝なのに一休み：この時、時刻は9:30am）
周辺をブラブラした後は
２日目の一番の目的地、アトリエの３underbarへ。
ここには、C & MILLSでもお取り扱いさせて頂いている
ジュエリーブランドのsikiさんがいらっしゃいます。
After break, I headed to an atelier of "3 underbar".
Jewelry brand, "siki" which C & MILLS stocks is in this atelier.

去年の１０月、友達に会いに訪れた東京でたまたま出会ったsikiさん。
その偶然の出会いから、ジュエリーを入れさせて頂くことになり、
何度も連絡を取りましたが、
直接お会いしてお話するのは今回が２回目。
素材のお話やディスプレイのお話、仕事のお話などなど、
商品を見ながら、手に取りながら、お話させて頂きました。
メールのやり取りや電話のやり取りよりも、
こうやってデザイナーさんやメーカーの方々に
直接会って話す時間が私にとっては何よりも大切だ、と思いました。
バタバタしてましたが、この二日間お世話になった方々、
本当にありがとうございました。
I came across siki in Tokyo when I visited there to see my friends on last October.
After that I ordered her jewelries and we kept in touch each other about work.
So it was second time to meet her in person.
However I really enjoyed talking with her and asking about materials and work.
I declare that it's much more important for me to see and talk with designers in person than just contact with them by e-mail or phone.
It was so nice to see people who I really wanted to talk with.
Thank you so much indeed.
インプットしたものを、アウトプットできるよう
これからも頑張ります。
濃い濃い２日間でした！
ということで、東京 編、おわり！
